• The service provided is significantly different from what was agreed upon.
• We have not yet started your project or only a small portion has been completed.
• There are delays or quality issues on our side that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
All refund requests must include a clear and reasonable explanation.
Publishing work requires time and resources from the start. Refunds are linked to how far your project has progressed:
• Less than 50% Complete:
If your project is under 50% complete and you have a valid reason, you may qualify for a
full or partial refund.
• 50% or More Complete:
Once a project reaches 50% completion, refunds are no longer available. At this stage,
substantial time, tools, and expertise have already been invested.
This ensures fairness to both our clients and our team.
• The project is 50% or more completed.
• You change your mind or cancel for reasons unrelated to our performance.
• The work delivered matches the agreed scope but you decide not to continue.
If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, email us at Info@nexorabookpublishers.com within 7 days of the issue arising. Include your project details and the reason for your request. Our team will review your case and respond within a reasonable time frame.
• We will process the refund to your original payment method within 45 business days from the date of approval.
• Any transaction or administrative fees charged by banks or payment gateways may be deducted from the refund amount.
• You will receive written confirmation of the refund.
